Consulting Services
Consulting services provided by The SIPs Consultant are advisory in nature. Recommendations are based on available project information and professional experience. The SIPs Consultant does not provide licensed architectural services, licensed general contracting, or project management services beyond what is explicitly scoped in the consulting engagement.
Limitation of Liability
The SIPs Consultant’s liability for any consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. No liability is assumed for consequential damages arising from project decisions made independently by the client.
SIP Consulting provides consulting, advisory, and project support services only. Information, recommendations, opinions, observations, estimates, and guidance provided by SIP Consulting are based on the information available at the time and are intended to assist clients in evaluating projects, contractors, budgets, schedules, and construction-related decisions.
SIP Consulting does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, surveying, code enforcement, permitting, safety inspection, or contractor services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Clients remain solely responsible for all decisions regarding project design, construction methods, contractor selection, budgeting, permitting, regulatory compliance, safety practices, and project execution.
While SIP Consulting strives to provide accurate and informed recommendations, no guarantee is made regarding project outcomes, construction costs, timelines, contractor performance, code compliance, permits, approvals, or financial results. Any actions taken based on information or recommendations provided by SIP Consulting are undertaken at the client’s own discretion and risk.
By using SIP Consulting’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees that SIP Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, losses, claims, costs, delays, defects, injuries, or other outcomes arising from or related to the client’s reliance upon information, recommendations, or consulting services provided.
